Credentials Bureau equips a card bureau or multi-operator issuing office with the complete Credentials ID card production application and six operator licences. Every operator gets the full workflow: enrolment, webcam or mobile photo capture, the front-and-back card designer with unlimited saved templates, Live Link to your MySQL or MariaDB database, and duplex printing to HID FARGO, Zebra, Evolis, Magicard, Entrust, Seaory, IDP Smart, Matica or any other installed card printer. Cardholder records and designs stay on your own workstation, with optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive. One annual payment covers the year, with no automatic renewal.

LICENCES
6 operator licences. Every plan is the complete application; the only difference between Solo, Studio and Bureau is the number of licences.
LICENSING
Annual, paid in advance. One payment covers a year; nothing renews on its own and no card details are held. A licence follows the person, not the machine.

Windows 10 and 11; macOS 11 Big Sur and later (signed and notarised by Apple). Automatic updates on both.

Credentials Mobile companion app for iOS and Android, paired over the local network for enrolment away from the printer.

Enrolment and printing continue without internet; a confirmed licence keeps working for three days offline.

Free to download with every feature unlocked. Printed cards carry a TRIAL mark until a licence is assigned to the operator.
