Credentials Solo
Credentials Solo is the complete Credentials ID card production application with one operator licence. Enrolment, photography, card design, personalisation, printing and record management run in one workflow on the computer beside your card printer, on Windows or macOS. Import cardholders from CSV or Excel, or connect to your existing MySQL or MariaDB database with Live Link; design the front and back of the card once and every credential you issue is filled in automatically. One annual payment covers a year. There is no feature tier to upgrade into and nothing is locked if the licence lapses.

LICENCES
1 operator licence. Every plan is the complete application; the only difference between Solo, Studio and Bureau is the number of licences.
LICENSING
Annual, paid in advance. One payment covers a year; nothing renews on its own and no card details are held. A licence follows the person, not the machine.
PLATFORMS
Windows 10 and 11; macOS 11 Big Sur and later (signed and notarised by Apple). Automatic updates on both.

64-bit Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 11 or later on Intel or Apple silicon. 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended), 2 GB free disk.

CAPTURE
Photographs from a webcam or file, cropped to the card’s portrait aspect. Signature captured on the phone during enrolment. Both stored against the record.
MOBILE
Credentials Mobile companion app for iOS and Android, paired over the local network for enrolment away from the printer.

BACKUP
Optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive, on demand or daily, with restore points kept for a year. Nothing is uploaded to a central Credentials database.
OFFLINE
Enrolment and printing continue without internet; a confirmed licence keeps working for three days offline.
TRIAL
Free to download with every feature unlocked. Printed cards carry a TRIAL mark until a licence is assigned to the operator.
