Credentials Studio is the recommended plan for a small issuing team: the complete Credentials ID card production application with three operator licences. Licences belong to people rather than machines, so an operator can move between the computers your organisation uses. Enrol cardholders individually or import them from CSV, Excel or your existing MySQL or MariaDB database, capture photographs with a webcam or through the Credentials Mobile app, design the card front and back in the visual designer, and print single or dual-sided CR80 cards as one duplex job. One annual payment, every feature included, nothing to upgrade into.

LICENCES
3 operator licences. Every plan is the complete application; the only difference between Solo, Studio and Bureau is the number of licences.
LICENSING
Annual, paid in advance. One payment covers a year; nothing renews on its own and no card details are held. A licence follows the person, not the machine.
PLATFORMS
Windows 10 and 11; macOS 11 Big Sur and later (signed and notarised by Apple). Automatic updates on both.

64-bit Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 11 or later on Intel or Apple silicon. 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended), 2 GB free disk.

PRINTING

CAPTURE
Photographs from a webcam or file, cropped to the card’s portrait aspect. Signature captured on the phone during enrolment. Both stored against the record.
MOBILE
Credentials Mobile companion app for iOS and Android, paired over the local network for enrolment away from the printer.

BACKUP
Optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive, on demand or daily, with restore points kept for a year. Nothing is uploaded to a central Credentials database.
OFFLINE
Enrolment and printing continue without internet; a confirmed licence keeps working for three days offline.
TRIAL
Free to download with every feature unlocked. Printed cards carry a TRIAL mark until a licence is assigned to the operator.
